Harsha is a qualified CPA certified by the California Board of Accountancy, with more than 15 years of experience in the Financial Transformation Practice. He has worked extensively in Finance Transformation and Operations and has led process improvement projects in the areas of Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash for clients across various industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Media, and Manufacturing.
He has also been involved in designing and configuring ERP solutions using Oracle Financials (R12/Fusion).
Harsha has worked for PwC-US Management Consulting for over 2 years and was involved in consulting projects in Atlanta.
Vijaya Rao
Vijaya Rao holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada and is a certified US CPA from the California Board of Accountancy. She is also a qualified Company Secretary in India. With over 25 years of work experience in the USA and India, Vijaya has worked in both the private (Retail and IT industry) and US government sectors. She has extensive knowledge of financial accounting and has experience in starting up businesses, addressing legal issues, managing accounting concerns, and preparing business plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
Vijaya has held various positions, such as Senior Manager of Accounts, Internal Auditor/Accountant, and Finance Director, and is well-versed in US GAAP and US governmental accounting. She has worked with the City of Sacramento for over four years and is familiar with fund accounting and reporting of non-profit organizations.
